1985
NIKAS & SIA OE is founded, with headquarters at 65 Athinon Avenue and the object of which is the manufacture of bodies for city, intercity, tourist buses of 36 to 50 seats as well as double-deckers. Along the way, the manufacturing of special vehicles and trucks and the sales of new and used buses were added.
2015
A.Nikas S.A. participates at the largest international bus exhibition in Brussels (Busworld) and it is the only Greek company participating as an exhibitor. Since then, A.Nikas S.A. continues to have a steady presence every two years that the fair is held.
2017
This year, the company’s export activity is multiplying, with the main volume going to the Israeli market, and the course continues upward, exceeding 40% of the turnover.
2019
The company moves its headquarters to Aspropyrgos to a privately owned site with a state-of-the-art production and service unit of a total area of5,000m2 and an additional area of 4,000m2, which functions as a vehicle parking and distribution unit.
2020
Based on its expertise in the field of vehicle modification, A.Nikas S.A. markets refrigerated transport vehicles offering different bodies with modifications to meet every need.
2021
A.Nikas S.A. invests intensively in e-mobility offering a range of commercial vehicles and urban transport vehicles.
2022
A.Nikas S.A. in partnership with Global Automax LTD establishes Green Energy Buses S.A. and becomes the exclusive distributor in the Greek market of the electric buses of King Long, the 3rd largest bus production industry in the world.

The new company invests in the Greek market significant capital and know-how in the field of electric mobility and green development. Based on the human-centered approach and motivation for continuous progress, it provides to the Greek market the internationally recognized King Long electric buses.
The administration of the new scheme has been assigned to Mr. Nikas Konstantinos and through A.Nikas S.A. becomes the exclusive distributor in the Greek market of King Long’s coaches and electric city buses.
